SHIPPING POLICY
PROCESSING TIME
Orders will be processed and shipped 1-4 after being placed based on the type of product. You will receive an automated email with your tracking information for your order and tracking can take up to 24 hours to update. USPS shipping normally delivers in 1-5 business days. You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at check-out when placing your order. If you need to change your address - please email newleemade2025@gmail.com as soon as possible. We do not ship on weekends.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after being placed.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Holidays may cause slight delays in packages being delivered. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if the shipping carrier does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. USPS first class mail takes 2-7 business days to receive. If you need your items sooner, please choose another shipping option.
UNDELIVERABLE/MISSING PACKAGE
Goldie Vines is not responsible for lost or stolen packages - please contact USPS directly with any issues. You are responsible for entering the correct address for delivery - if any package is returned you are responsible for the shipping fees.

At New Lee Made, we take pride in crafting unique, handmade items with love and care. Because of the nature of our products, all handcrafted goods, personalized items, and stationery are final sale. Additionally, we do not accept returns on clothing items, jewelry, or accessories.
